Plot
Max dreams of becoming a drug trafficker, and his boyfriend Ronny follows and supports him until he achieves his goal. However, they encounter several obstacles and excesses that hinder their mission. At the same time, their friend Natasha is being blackmailed by Armando, a corrupt police officer.[2][1]

Release
As an independent production, Narcos Gay was released directly to video on 1 January 2002.[3] With the passage of time and due to its limited distribution, the film was lost for several years, remaining so for several years and leaving its synopsis along with a couple of images and its cover as the only proof of its existence.
On 24 October 2023, the VideoHome México channel, dedicated to uploading independent Latin American B and Z movies.[4]
