Nassermann
Nassermann
Nassermann (*1976 in Casablanca) is a German artist known for his digital art, photography, and mixed media installations.[1]
Biography
Nassermann studied Digital Media at the Munich Academy of Fine Arts. In 2006 he received a scholarship to attend the University of Art and Design Karlsruhe, where he met and listened to German philosopher and media theorist Peter Sloterdijk. Sloterdijks call to change your life resonated deeply with Nassermann: "Einmal sollte sich man gefragt haben, was die eigene Rolle und Position im Leben ist. Künstler ist derjenige, der sich diese Frage ständig stellt."[2] "You should ask yourself what your role and position in life is. An artist is someone who constantly asks himself this question."
Nassermann lives and works in Munich, Germany.
Art Work
Nassermann’s work often explores themes of identity, societal structures, and the convergence of natural and industrial elements and has been featured in European and international art publications.[3] His exhibitions have been reviewed by leading art critics, with particular focus on his experimental and immersive approach to modern and post-industrial themes.
