Nate Ruegger is an American screenwriter, voice actor, and film director of folk horror[1].
Career[edit]
In 2010, Nate graduated from USC with a finished thesis film, the critically-acclaimed, slow-burn thriller Another Life[2] - winning Best Dramatic Short Film at the Houston International Film Festival, Official Selection in 12 Film Festivals including Newport Beach Film Festival and Big Bear Lake International Film Festival, and called "one of the best independent short films" by Hollywire.
As of 2022, Nate is in development for his feature debut based on the viral folk horror short Trust Me[3][4][5][6] - reviewed by Bloody Disgusting as "nightmare fuel" with over 1 million views across Facebook & YouTube.
