Lindsey was born in Odessa, Texas. He is the son of Dolly Fern Foster (née Clements) and Ardis Dene Lindsey. Lindsey grew up in San Angelo, Texas.
Personal life[edit]
Lindsey was married to Angela Abbott on December 29, 1978 or 1979, and they got divorced on August 26, 1982, in San Antonio, Texas. On July 23, 1983, Lindsey was married to Diedra Dudley in Corpus Christi, Texas. They lived in Harlingen, Texas and they moved back to Corpus Christi, Texas. They got divorced on August 12, 2009, and they had no children.
Death[edit]
Lindsey was found dead at age 55 in his home in Corpus Christi, Texas, on February 4, 2011. Lindsey committed suicide by hanging himself at master bedroom.
Lindsey's funeral was held on February 11, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. at Funeraria del Angel - Memorial Holly. He is buried in Duncan Cemetery.
