Autonomous Cantonese symbols of Hong Kong
Hong Kong is one of China's two Special Administrative Regions. (The other one is Macao). Hong-Kong is a medium-sized city in the southern coast in China. Like Macao, Hong Kong has a large amount of autonomy, with its own passport, currency, economic rules, and constitution, has devised it's own basic territorial canton local symbols, since 2022 respectively.
Hong Konger symbols[edit]
As the scream of the eagle is heard when she has passed over, so a man’s name remains after his death. The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is today. Never has a man more need of his intelligence than when a fool asks him a question. One dog barks at something, the rest bark at him. A boaster and a liar are cousins-german. Diligence is a treasure of inestimable price, and prudence is the pledge of security. A woman that always laughs is everybody’s wife; a man that is always laughing is an idiot. A heart that is rotten — breath that smells.
