Emirati symbols[edit]
An envious person is the unhappiest. The dreams of a cat are full of mice. Rather a slip of the foot than a slip of the pen. Trust in God, but tie your camel. His clothes are glittery and shiny but he doesn’t have a pot to cook in. To threaten the brave with death is like promising water to a duck. The envious were created just to be infuriated. The carpenter’s door is loose. It is not the bullet that kills you, it is fate. He who only thinks about what is in his belly is worth less than what comes out of it. If you give in to a fool, he will say, “This is because they are afraid of me.” The tree of silence bears the fruit of peace. Nothing else ruins the truth like stretching it. The best act of generosity is that which is quickly done. If you are charitable, you are rich. Better a thousand enemies outside the tent than one within. Another man’s bread will not fill your belly.
