Ndoria Javan Samora (born October 24, 1987) known professionally as Samora Samorai is a Kenyan entertainment journalist and businessman[1]
Early life and education
Samora Samorai was born on and raised in Embu. He studied journalism at African Nazarene University before moving to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (Karen) in 2009.
Career
Samora Samorai joined the entertainment business as a founder after starting his first entertainment company Rapnairobi Entertainment after leaving campus in 2012 to follow his passion in music and entertainment. He managed to convince his brother DJ Finalkut who worked at Homeboyz Radio [2]and the radio station’s management to allow him interview artists on their behalf.
In 2015 Rapnairobi collapsed and forced Samorai into a depression that took him almost two years to recover. He then moved to mainstream media where he continued working as an entertainment journalist for different online platforms including Daily Nation[3], The Standard [4] Hivi Sasa and TUKO.co.ke [5]
