Neel Bhattacharya
Neel Bhattacharya (born 8 June 1990) is an Indian Bengali television actor and model.[1] He debuted in the television industry with the 2014 TV Show Thik Jeno Love Story that aired on Star Jalsha and made his mark. Following that, he shot to further fame with his role of Prithwijit Deb in Stree (TV series) that aired on Zee Bangla. He has also starred in the feature film Chitra (2015) directed by Abhigyan Mukherjee

Personal life[edit]
Neel Bhattacharya was born in Kolkata to parents Rosy Bhattacharya & Uday Kumar Bhattacharya. He completed his schooling from South Point School (India)
and graduation from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata .He acquired an MBA in Marketing from Institute of Engineering and Management before turning to acting.[2][3]
Career[edit]
He started acting for stage shows at the age of 12. He was into modeling, acting , anchoring shows and DJ-ing during his college days. He got involved with theater and as a part of Creative arts group LOK, performed on various stages all across India. He played a cameo role and shared screen space with tinsel town artistes Priyanshu Chatterjee and Dia Mirza in Pratim D Gupta’s Paanch Adhyay[3] and went on to play the lead protagonist in Abhigyan Mukherjee's Chitra (2015).
He has two hitTV shows - Thik Jeno Love Story and Stree (TV series) to his credit. He played the lead in both the TV Operas.
His role in Stree (TV series) earned him the Best Son (Shera Chhele) Award at Zee Sonar Sansar Awards 2018.
He has appeared as celebrity judge and guest of honour in various TV reality shows and contests. [4]
