Neerja A Gupta

Neerja A Gupta, Dr. is a Professor, Author and Founder-cum-Co-coordinator of Study Abroad Program and Diaspora Research Center (First multidisciplinary Diaspora center in India, Official partner to External Ministry for Diaspora Studies), Gujarat University and Syndicate member at Gujarat University.She is International Academic Co-Chair for GOPIO (Global Organization of People of Indian Origin) New York.[1]

Presently she is also working as Principal of Bhavan’s Sheth R. A. College of Arts and Commerce, Ahmedabad. She is also a visiting faculty in Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar [2]

She is the recipient of Shiksha Bharati Puraskar in 2011. She has widely travelled in India and abroad and has visited 36 countries for academic pursuit of national and international interests. She was invited by Governments of Canada, USA, Indonesia, Japan and Nepal to enhance educational tie up possibilities between respective countries and India. At present she is on panel of 16 international Universities and several Indian Universities, Commissions and academic and administrative panels. She is the Chief Editor of an international journal of Indian studies, Bharatiya Manyaprad published by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.[3]
