Nelabhotla Venkateswarlu, known as N. Venkat comes with a very rich and global experience of more than 25 years, successfully leading organizations in the biotech and cosmoceutics businesses. He held top management roles in the biotech and pharmaceutical companies like Shantha Biotechnics (A Sanofi Company) and Aurobindo Pharma and he immensely contributed to their all-round growth.[1][2]

He has held CEO and President roles in Emami and Cavinkare, cosmoceutical and consumer product companies in India with global operations, creating value and growing them significantly with an all rounded approach. He is Co-Founder and CEO of Vyome Biosciences Private Limited.[3][4][5]

He is also the Co-Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Medzara Healthtech, which was started in 2019 by an ISB Alumni.

Venkat has received his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Allahabad and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, India.[6][7]
