Neo Manufacturing and Services Inc. or simply Neo is a Philippine-based manufacturer of personal computers.

The Neo brand was launched in May 2003 during the PLDT CyberMadness event, a PC & Internet festival in the Philippines. Neo notebooks followed later that year, establishing itself as a brand of Intel Centrino-based notebooks. Neo Manufacturing and Services was formally incorporated as a company in January 2008. That same year, Neo launch its primary notebook product lines – Basic, Vivid, and élan.
