Netcore Cloud is a marketing technology company.[1][2][3][4] Its products include a customer engagement platform, email marketing, and other tools.[5][6][7][8] It was founded in 1997 as Netcore Solutions.

History

Netcore Cloud was founded on December 9, 1997.[9] Originally known as Netcore Solutions, the company was rebranded as Netcore Cloud Pvt. Ltd. three years ago.[10][11][12]

In 1997, Netcore started as a provider of end-to-end Linux-based messaging, collaboration, and archiving services.[13] By 2006, Netcore Cloud introduced MOBILITY SMS SOLUTION, an SMS marketing platform for enterprises.[14][15] In 2009, the company launched an enterprise-grade email marketing platform.[16][17]

In 2012, Netcore developed mobility voice solution, which offered IVR, Missed Call, and Outbound Dialing (OBD) services.[15] In 2015, Netcore Cloud introduced Netcore SMARTECH, a cross-channel marketing automation platform.[18]

Between 2016 and 2017, the company expanded to Southeast Asia, Africa, and the United States, while also launching a new brand identity.[19][20] In 2019, Netcore Cloud integrated analytics, chatbots, AI, and machine learning into its services.[21][22] In the same year, the company acquired Boxx.ai for approximately $500,000.[23][24]

In 2020, Netcore Cloud acquired Quinto.ai[25] and Hansel.io for undisclosed amounts.[26][27] In March 2022, Netcore Cloud acquired Unbxd.ai for approximately $100 million.[28][29][30][31] In 2024, Netcore Cloud won Gold for the Innovative Customer Experience Management Solution and the Best Email Marketing Platform at the ET Martech+ 2024 Awards.[32][33]
