Nguyen Manh Cuong
Nguyễn Mạnh Cường is a Vietnamese American musician. He was born in 1959 in Saigon, Vietnam. When he was thirteen, he started to learn the violin with violinist Pham Nghe who was one of the best violinist of South Viet Nam at that time. At the age of 24, he left Vietnam, and moved to Canada, and later moved to the California. Many years later, he began to compose instrumental classical music. He has written over fifty songs. Some of his songs have even won awards. Three of his songs, Serenade, A Night at the Ocean, and A Lonely Night were semi-finalists in the UK Songwriting Competition.
