History[edit]
Nialaya Jewelry was launched in 2009 by Jannik Olander.[1] His first batch of bracelets was taken to a Beverly Hills boutique for Christmas sales and almost sold out.[citation needed] Nialaya expanded into online sales and currently distributes to high end boutiques globally.[citation needed] The first fixed Nialaya Jewelry store was opened on Melrose Avenue[4] in Los Angeles, California in 2011. According to Olander, Nialaya products are sold in more than 300 stores worldwide.[5] In 2014, Olander and Nialaya were featured on the Bravo reality television series Euros of Hollywood.[6]
Brand range[edit]
The brand consists of draw string bracelets, cuff-links, leather rings, diamond pendants and Shambhala inspired earrings. It features handpicked stones such as hematite diamonds, rose quartz, tiger eye, and howlite. The price for each piece ranges from $200 to $3,000.[citation needed]
