Niklaus "Nick" Schmid (born June 2, 2004), better known online as Swiss001, is a Swiss-German YouTuber whose videos are about aviation and flight simulators.[1] Schmid's YouTube channel has more than 520,000 subscribers.[2]
Career[edit]
Schmid created the YouTube channel on November 4, 2016. He began his career by posting his first video in September 2017. Since then, Schmid has built his career on a long-term basis. In the beginning, he made review videos about flight simulators. From time to time, Schmid also made music and memes. Today, he flies in a variety of situations and airports, showcasing a wide variety of aircraft, primarily with X-Plane 11 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 flight simulators.[3]
Personal life[edit]
Schmid lives in Neu-Isenberg, Germany. He is studying to become a private pilot at the Motorflugschule in Egelsbach Airport school.[4]
