Nilesh Nilkanth Oak popularly known as Nilesh Oak is an Indian author and speaker who has presented his version of datings of Ramayana and Mahabharata.[1][2][3][4][5] His dating of Mahabharata and Ramayana met with criticism and has been refuted by Dr. Raja Ram Mohan Roy.[6] Nityānanda Miśra, a Sanskrit Scholar, debunked his pseudo-science and pseudo-history, while stating that Nilesh lacks knowledge in the poetical nuances of these texts.[7]
