Ninaro (Sinhala: නිනාරෝ Ninaaro) is an education institute founded in 2002. It offers education for students of grade 5, Ordinary Level, Advanced Level and for after A/Ls(Pharmacy, IBSL, Language Classes, Fashion & Beauticultural Courses etc). It is the one and only IBSL accredited centre in Southern Province that offers lectures for Banking Exams. Ninaro is one of the most popular and best rated education institute in Southern Province.[1]
History[edit]
In 2002, one of the famous tuition lecturer in Sri Lanka, Anil Hettige founded the Ninaro Education Institute. At that time there were only 4 lecture halls. In 2013, they were able to become the largest tuition network in Sri Lanka by expanding their services to the main city of Sri Lanka Colombo. Now it is consists of more than 20 lecture halls that can hold more than 3000 students at a time[2]. In 2020 they introduced online classrooms for students because of the CoViD19 pandemic that allows the students to join for a virtual classroom remotely. They are consists a staff of more than 50 qualified lecturers.
Facilities[edit]
The institutes' headquarters have 4 buildings with more than 15 lecture halls. All the lecture halls are equipped with modern teaching aids. There are also air-conditioned lecture halls with Interactive whiteboards. The premises covered with high-speed WiFi that enables the lecturers to live stream the lectures to Ninaro Online Portal where the students can join remotely to the lectures.[3]
Sports[edit]
Ninaro has an outdoor playground for students that consists of an badminton court. Ninaro is the only education institute in southern province that has a playground for the students.
