Nischal Tiwari (Nepali: निश्चल तिवारी) born in 1985 is a Nepalese Internet Entrepreneur and a computer Programmer. He is the chairperson, Editor and founder of CricNepal.
Tiwari launched CricNepal on November 30, 2010.
Early Life[edit]
Nischal Tiwari was born in 1985 in Bharatpur Nepal. He is a son of Agriculturist Krishna Prasad Tiwari and government teacher Ganga Devi Koirala Tiwari. He was raised in Bharatpur with his only sister Sonisa.
Education[edit]
Tiwari started his early education from Sun Rise English School in Chitwan and completed his high schooling from Orchid Science College. He graduated in media technology in 2008 from Shepherd College affiliated with Purbanchal University in Kathmandu Nepal.
Career[edit]
After he graduated in 2008, his expertise in the field of Information Technology, Internet Entrepreneurship and evident love for Cricket in Nepal gave birth to CricNepal in 2010. He started writing about Nepal Cricket [1] and manage the one million fans based website. [2].
Tiwari also became a Cricket Manager for the team Colors X-Factors in the inaugural Nepal Premier League in 2014.[3]
Personal Life[edit]
On July 13, 2013, Tiwari married Priti Sharma in Kathmandu. Sharma is a Civil Engineer by Profession.
He was one of survivor of the devastating April 2015 Nepal earthquake that destroyed the most part of the country Nepal. He was in Sindhupalchowk District for the Bungy jumping with his friends. After returning home, he started fundraisers [4] and volunteered with different organisations. [5]
