No Activity is an American police comedy television series created for CBS All Access, based on the Australian series of the same name.[1] The series was developed by Trent O'Donnell and Patrick Brammall, the creator and star of the Australian series. Will Ferrell and Adam McKay were brought on to produce the series with their company Funny or Die.[2] The series is marked as the first original comedy series for the CBS streaming service.

No Activity premiered on November 12, 2017, with the rest of 8-episode first season streaming weekly on All Access.[3] [4]

Plot[edit]

Set against the world of a major drug cartel bust, the series follows two low-level cops who have spent far too much time in a car together; two criminals who are largely kept in the dark; two dispatch workers who haven't really clicked; and two Mexican tunnelers who are in way too small a space considering they've only just met.
