Noel D'Souza

Noel D'Souza is the incumbent Mayor of Randwick City Council.

He gained international recognition, upon his defection from the Labor Party of Australia, and his comparison of himself to Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi, who also faced tremendous hardship for their political decisions, in trying to change the world, just as Noel D'Souza did in Randwick, in trying to stop Randiwckians persecuting others as a result of their pupil size.
