Nomad Capitalist is an international offshore consulting firm that secures residencies and citizenships for “entrepreneurs, investors, stockbrokers, and other high-net-worth individuals.”[1][2][3][4] Founded by Andrew Henderson, the company publishes rankings of global passports and beach destinations for seven- and eight-figure individuals.[5][6][7][8][9] According to CNBC, Nomad Capitalist is based in Hong Kong.[10]

Nomad Capitalist releases an annual Nomad Passport Index, testing global passports on "visa-free travel, international taxation laws, global perception, dual citizenship, and personal freedom."[11][12][13][14] In 2021, Luxembourg, Ireland, and Sweden claimed the top spots, while the United States slid to 42nd place.[15][16][17]

That same year, Nomad Capitalist released a Nomad Beach Index, ranking the most attractive beach destinations for the ultra-wealthy.[18][19] The top four countries were in the Caribbean, with the Cayman Islands finishing first.[20][21]
