Norman Steinberg (born in June 6, 1939) is an American screenwriter and producer. He wrote and produced TV Shows and Movies like Raising Dad, When Things Were Rotten, Cosby, Blazing Saddles and many more. He is also the creator of Doctor Doctor a successful television sitcom, and created Teech with David Frankel. Also, is the founder of LUI TV Writers Studio at Long Island University, Brooklyn

Steinberg was born in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, U.S.. He has graduated University of Maryland and University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He had also taught at the Johns Hopkins Writing Seminars and at AFI (American Film Institute) too.
