Norman Wielsch

Norman Wielsch was the Central Contra Costa County California Narcotic Enforcement Team (CNET) Commander.[1] On May 20, 2013, Wielsch was sentenced to 14 years in federal prison for stealing drug evidence, robbing prostitutes, and making phony arrests.[2]
