Norweigan 4x4

The Norweigan 4x4 is a workout protocol. It is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) method developed by Norwegian exercise scientists at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). It is known to increase VO2 max.
- 4 intervals of high-intensity exercise
- 4 minutes per high-intensity interval
- 3 minutes of active recovery between intervals
- Total interval time: 28 minutes (4×4 + 3×3)
