NOW Entertainment is a North American online music publication platform known for publishing a variety of music genres, often covering hip hop and pop music.[1][2]

History[edit]

Now Entertainment was launched in the late 2000s by singer/songwriter, Tony M Fountain.[3][4][5] It later became an Independent record label in August 2011.[6][7] In the following decade, NOW Entertainment grew to its multinational status of today, with writers stationed across Canada, Nigeria and the United States.[8]

In 2018 NOW Entertainment stood with the survivors of suicide and launched a prevention campaign[9] and in 2019, the platform took a stand against police brutality.[10][11]

Content[edit]

NOW Entertainment has a noted focus on underground music. Many of its articles are focused on musical premieres of indie artists.[12] In addition to its music journalism content, the platform publishes articles on entertainment news and politics.[13]
