Pat Nkosinathi Khoza (born 22 May, 1994) is an independent South African hip-hop artist best known for his debut mixtape released on 25th October 2014 titled Rappers are in danger, he has been named as one of the best emerging artists in South African hip-hop.
He has performed alongside great South African musicians such as AKA, Reason and Nasty C. His recent single "Problems" produced by Tee 100 debuted on popular South African radio station Y FM and the music video of the song later played on Music-based TV Channel O.
Early life
Pat Nkosinathi Khoza born 22 May, 1994 in Mpumalanga, South Africa, he moved with his mother
as a toddler to Johannesburg, Gauteng where he attended both his high school at Khselihle primary
and High school at Madiba Comprehensive named after Nelson Mandela.
He later on studied Accounting at the University of Johannesburg. In 2014 he started his independent record label Nubian Records, getting a distribution deal with CD Run in Australia
after fellow South African musician OKMALUMKOOLKAT.
Career
Rappers Are In Danger (2013-14)
In 2013 Khoza worked with producers such as Gemini Major on a song titled Murda which resulted in him being featured on the popular South African television show Craze on a music competition on the Shiz Niz segment
for a few weeks he was a finalist in the mixtape king Competition for October that year
and later on won the Red bull strictly Hip-hop.
upon winning the competition he soon released his debut mixtape titled Rappers are in danger, featured on popular South African hip-hop publication Hype Magazine as top 10 Mixtapes of 2014. [3]
