History
Founded by Vineet Kapur, as a professional skincare brand, O3+ was established in 2004. The mission of the brand is to provide skin solutions for all kinds of skin concerns.
Business
O3+ offers a wide range of skin solutions dedicated to improving skin's health. Formulated by European & Asian research labs, O3+ is used by beauty salons, medi-spas, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.
The professional division has captured a very high market share with its pan-India operations and is available in over 10,000 salons across India. The company operates its business operations through a salon distribution channel through its parent company Visage Beauty & Health Care Pvt. Ltd., which was also founded in February 2014.
Currently, its GMP-certified production unit is situated in Parwanoo, India, which contributes to about 182 skincare, hands & feet products, and body care items.
The brand has company-managed operations in India, Nepal, Mauritius, and Dubai. O3+ also operates beauty training institutes called the O3+ Training Center that has trained over 75,000 students from all over India and Nepal. O3plus has been criticized for its late delivery services, bad customer executive behavior, and its non-transparent refund policies. O3plus does not have any appellate authority to look after customer issues. Customers have given negative feedback regarding its customer executive services.
