The OGAE Second Chance Contest 2019 was the 33rd edition of the annual OGAE Second Chance Contest. It took place in Udine, Italy, following Annalisa's win at the OGAE Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Eskilstuna, Sweden, with the song "Il Mondo Prima Di Te". It was the second time Italy had hosted the contest, having previously done so in 2016. However, this was the first time that Udine hosted the contest.
Twenty-four countries took part in the contest; Australia made is debut. Croatia return to the contest. Armenia, Belarus, Malta, Poland & Switzerland quit the contest.
The winner was France with the song "Tous Les Deux", performed by Seemone who have finished second in Destination Eurovision 2019. This was the France's first victory in the contest.
