Oollee is a San Francisco based water purification service company, founded in the year 2019 by Anatoly Aseev, and Umit Khairollayev.[1]
Overview
Oollee uses the 4 stage Reverse Osmosis method to purify water by forcing it through a semipermeable membrane, separates contaminants, and flushes them down the drain, adds minerals at the last stage (4th) and provides unlimited access to fresh and clean drinking water. This company created a small device that connects to the Wi-Fi which allows customers to monitor the water.[2]
This company offers service by paying a monthly subscription of $29, which includes the maintenance and cartridge replacement. Oollee is an app-driven subscription for customers who receive updates on the quality, temperature, and consumption amount of water via the app with additional features.[3][4] It reminds the user to replace the filter and purchase a new filter through the app.[5]
Funding
Oollee raised a total of $1M in funding. Oollee raised its funds from Mission Gate INC and Columbus Holding Limited.[5]
