OOTYULTRA is an annual ultramarathon in Ooty, India. The event is organized by KaysFIT Academy, and has been conducted yearly since April 2018, with a brief interruption due to COVID-19 in 2020 & 2021, where it became online-only. OOTYULTRA has four distance categories: 15K, 30K, 60K and 90K.[1][2][3]
The event begins at YWCA, Ooty, and runs via Doddabetta Peak, the highest mountain in the Nilgiri Mountains, and terminates at Battarkambi Tea Park, 8 kilometers from Ooty.[4][5]
The 5th edition was held on 3 April 2022, and was the largest sporting event in Ooty that year.[6]

Charitable contributions
OOTYULTRA participants have the opportunity to make a charitable contribution to Nilgiris District initiatives related to sports, sports-related tourism and sustainability.
On 17 August 2021, KaysFITAcademy (on behalf of OOTYULTRA) made a charitable contribution of 1 lakh INR to the Innocent Divya, Collector of Nilgiris District. Approximately 42000 INR of the said donation was contributed by OOTYULTRA participants.[7]
