Obeid Rashid Nizam
Obeid Rashid Nizam is a Bangladeshi businessman and a director of Bangladesh Cricket Board.[1][2]
Career[edit]
Obeid joined Grindlays Bank in Dhaka after graduation and worked there for four years.[3] He joined DHS Motors Ltd,[4] authorized distributor for Honda Motors in Bangladesh,[5] as a director in 1999. Now he is the chairman of the company.[5]
Outside of his business, Obeid has worked with teams in the Dhaka Cricket League and Bangladesh Premier League. He is currently a director of Bangladesh Cricket Board and chairman of Bangladesh Cricket Board School Cricket Committee.[6] He is also the CEO of Dhaka Dynamites[7] and Beximco Sports. He is currently the Secretary General of PITCH Foundation.[1]
