Olga Fleming is an entrepreneur, startup mentor and author. She is known for her contributions in investment strategies, portfolio management, and asset protection for international businesses.[1][2][3] Olga is the founding partner of Oruga Investment Ltd and the Foundation of Innovative European Economy.[4][5][6]
Currently, she is engaged in public speaking and serves as the Executive Producer of the European Business and Investment Summit.[6]
Education and career[edit]
Olga Fleming She holds a master's degree in Law Studies from the University of Warsaw and a master's degree in Real Estate Management from the Warsaw School of Real Estate Management. She entered the Polish real estate investment sector right after college.[4][5][7][8]
In 2009, Olga established her first business, creating the brand Oruga, which is now Oruga Investment Ltd. This firm offers investment advisory to global HNWI’s, corporations and governments. Olga specializes in investment strategies in Europe and MENA.[5]
Olga mentors startups from Seed Funding to Series C Funding, in addition to coaching entrepreneurs and corporate leaders through tailored programs. [7][8] She serves as a mentor at INTERLAK,[9] an Aviation & Travel Incubator based in Dubai.
She participates as a speaker in various international conferences, seminars, and summits, including Wolves Summit, African Economic Congress, GIAS 2020, Global Investment Outlook Conference 2020, and more, sharing insights on her journey and foreign investments.[10][11][12][5][13][14][7][8]
