Oliver Jai
Oliver James Nuttall, born in October 1997 and professionally known as Oliver Jai, is an English videographer and travel influencer. He is an award-winning content creator who produces works for major brands such as Disney, Etihad Airways and Red Bull; as well as artists such as The Chainsmokers and Sigala.[1].
Career[edit]
Oliver Jai began exploring photography and videography when he was in school, aged 13. This quickly became a passion of the now 23-year-old who worked as a sales assistant during university, before becoming a full-time content creator[2].
His current role involves travelling worldwide to produce content for a variety of global brands such as Disney, Etihad Airways, Red Bull, Yelir World, Boosted Boards and Glamify.
Oliver also works actively in the music industry and has been associated with several EDM artists, producing video and photo content for acts such as The Chainsmokers, Hannah Wants, Sigala and Endor. He was the designer of The Chainsmokers' World War Joy Tour graphic assets[1].
Jai works closely with other content creators, and in 2021 founded the clothing brand Dreamland, in collaboration with Jacob Riglin[3].
Personal Life[edit]
Jai was born in Manchester, and was raised in Clitheroe where he attended Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Blackburn. He spent three years at the University of Salford, where he studied Graphic Design and graduated with First Class Honours in 2019[2].
Awards[edit]
Oliver Jai was announced as winner of the Down to Film video editing contest, where his production "The Art of Flow" was voted winner by the Instagram community[4]
