Olivier Jolivet (born January 1973) is a French businessman, the CEO and chairman of COMO Holdings.[1]

Early Life[edit]

Jolivet was born in January 1973 in Annemasse, a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in eastern France.[citation needed]

He spent his childhood in Morocco and the Ivory Coast before studying in France, Germany and the UK.[2]

Education[edit]

Between 1995 and 1996, Jolivet acquired three masters’ degrees at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, IPAG Business School, Paris and the University of Westminster, London.[3]

Career[edit]

After beginning his career as a consultant at the German subsidiary of McKinsey & Co, Jolivet held several positions for Club Med over several years, including COO Asia Pacific, International Business Development Director and Construction Developer.[2]

In 2014, Jolivet became CEO and group director for the Aman Resorts Group in Singapore.[4] He launched a new generation of luxury urban hotels starting with Aman Tokyo in December 2014.[5][6]

In March 2017, Jolivet became CEO and chairman of COMO Holdings.[1] In April 2019, COMO Holdings launched its first hotel property in Italy, Como Castello Del Nero, Tuscany. Future plans for the group focus on developing further resorts worldwide.[7]

Jolivet has been a director of Rémy Cointreau since September 2013.[8]
