History[edit]
In May 2008, Funimation Entertainment launched Funimation Channel and Olympusat was chosen as an exclusive distributor.[2][3] In 2009, Olympusat purchased the channel Sorpresa from Firestone/Juniper Content Corp.[4]
In 2014, the Venezuelan channel Televen announces its alliance with Olympusat for the launch of its international version Televen America.[5]
