Achievement
The company was nominated in the BET Social Awards for the Best Tea in 2018. This is awarded to "the media outlet with the best gossip", voted for by fans.[5][6] The sponsor BET Networks operates television channels targeted at an African-American audience.[5]

A case was filed against this company and its owner by Dimitri Patterson, in the United States District Court, alleging defamation and other charges.[7][8]
