Product Evolution[edit]
The initial version of oogwave app was designed to function as a collaboration platform where anyone could sign-up and create a work group or join work groups created by other users. It was designed to facilitate formation of cross organization groups of employees and external entities such as consultants and freelancers. The app also allowed consultants and freelancers to collaborate online with multiple organizations – using a single oogwave account.[2] The first version of oogwave web app provided well integrated online collaboration tools for task management, file sharing and communication. The app was initially accessible via computer/laptop browsers, however the subsequent version of oogwave introduced responsive interface to allow access via mobile and tablet browsers.[2] By early 2013, oogwave was redesigned to allow organizations to create an enterprise-wide collaboration network.[5]
