Opposite Number is an English independent record label founded on April 8, 2016, based in London, England. It specializes in all kinds of independent music and releases "only gems."[1]
History
On April 8, 2016, the record label published its first Facebook post and initiated its foundation.[2] It then announced that the Australian indie rock band Lowtide's eponymous debut album was available for pre-order in May.[3] In September, it added H.Grimace as its second artist, along with the announcement of their "Royal Hush" single.[4]
