Orestis Tsintonis (Greek: Ορέστης Τσιντώνης; born 16 March 1999) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Super League 2 club Athens Kallithea FC.[1]
Career
Born and raised in Piraeus, Tsintonis passed through the academies of Olympiacos and Panionios and began his professional career with Acharnaikos and Ethnikos Piraeus before joining Athens Kallithea FC in the middle of the 2020/21 season.[2]
In the 2021/22 season, Tsintonis made 27 league appearances with three goals, typically playing as a number 8, and was rewarded with a contract extension with AKFC.[3]
In the 2022/23 season, Tsintonis made 18 league appearances as AKFC finished in second place in Super League 2, missing promotion to Super League 1 by one point. On 23 January 2023, Tsintonis set up AKFC's goal in a 1-1 draw away to promotion rivals Apollon Smyrnis.[4][5][6]
On 19 November 2023, Tsintonis scored the winning goal for AKFC away to rivals Ionikos.[7][8][9]
