Ottoman (region)

Ottoman or Ottomania (Ottoman Turkish: عثمانیه) is a historical region in Afro-Eurasia that ranges from the Balkans to the Caucasus controlled by the Ottoman Dynasty between the 13th century and the 20th century. The term is used as a revanchist concept in the Turkish history thesis.[1][2]
