Ozioma Egwuonwu
Ozioma Egwuonwu is a Nigerian born, New York raised author and international speaker, writer, teacher and transformational leader.
In 2012, Ozioma created World Dream Day, a global vehicle for empowering ideas, goals, and dreams around the world. Held September 25th, World Dream Day has been celebrated in 90+ locations around the world. As one of the leaders in the emerging discipline of transformational strategy, Ozioma works with individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations to create tailored strategies that support them in achieving their results. Ozioma’s strategies have been adopted by individuals, Fortune 500 corporations, small business owners, local communities, and a variety of change agents seeking to ignite the power held within transformational shifts.
Ozioma has spoken in a variety of stages and platforms including the United Nations, Oxford and Columbia University, SXSW, and TEDx[1]. She has appeared on NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, MSNBC, Time Warner Cable and the Houses of Parliament and written for numerous publications, including Huffington Post[2].
She creating and pioneered the Developing and Implementing Ideas Masters Curriculum[3] at Columbia University, where she was a member of the faculty for five years.

Egwuonwu grew up in New York. In 2002 she graduated from the University of Albany with a Master’s in English Studies and in 2006 from Brooklyn College with a Masters in Media Studies.
