P. Atkins (full name and details unknown) was an Indian cricketer who played for Assam.
Atkins made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1948–49 season. From the lower order, he scored 24 runs in the first innings in which he batted, and 9 runs in the second.
Atkins bowled 11 overs in the match, which Assam lost by an innings margin.
