PRFI Ltd. is a UK design house specialising in the design and development of RFICs, MMICs and microwave/mm-wave modules.

PRFI provides design services to develop Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFICs), Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) and microwave/mm-wave modules.
It has designed over 100 custom ICs at frequencies ranging from baseband to 100 GHz and are a third party design house for Wolfspeed (part of Cree), GCS, Qorvo and WIN. Its designs are used across a range of markets and applications including satellite communications, instrumentation, defence,[1] and line of sight links.
PRFI benefits from in-house test facilities for both bare die (RFOW) and SMT packaged components. Its microwave and mm-wave module development activity encompasses a wide range of technologies including conventional SMT on laminate substrates, High Density Interconnect (HDI), chip and wire, thin film, thick film and LTCC
PRFI is an approved third party design house for the following III-V semiconductor foundries:
Several of PRFI's consultant engineers are "Keysight certified experts" [6] recognizing their expertise in use of the Keysight Pathwave ADS EDA software.
Many Industry white papers, peer-reviewed publications and technical tutorials are included on the official website. A dedicated YouTube channel is available covering video-based tutorials on all aspects of RF and microwave circuit design.
