Dr. Parthasarathi P.V is presently the National Secretary, Bharatiya Janata Party's OBC Morcha a position to which he was appointed in January 2021.
He is also a Media Panellist for the Bharatiya Janata Party in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
Recently, he worked as the Tirupati Assembly in-charge for the by-poll for the Tirupati Lok Sabha seat.
Past Political Positions[edit]
In the recent past, Dr. Parthasarathi has served as the Vice President for Bharatiya Janata Party Andhra Pradesh State.
Dr. Parthasarathi contested the General Elections in 2019 as the Bharatiya Janata Party Candidate from the Kurnool Parliamentary Constituency and received the 2nd highest number of votes as compared to any of the 25 party contestants in the State of Andhra Pradesh
He is actively involved in implementing the party’s objectives through its programs and initiatives from the grass root levels in Kurnool parliamentary constituency.
Early Life[edit]
Dr. Parthasarathi P.V. was born in 1970 into a family with a modest background, at Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh.
After finishing his schooling there, he went to Hyderabad to study Dentistry and took the Graduate Degree of BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) followed by MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) from the Government Dental College, Osmania University, Hyderabad. He excelled in his course and passed out in 1997.
Career / Professional Experience[edit]
After finishing college, Dr. Parthasarathi went to Tirupati and started his practice in Dentistry, which grew and flourished for almost 7 years till he decided to move to Hyderabad to establish his practice in a big City.
Slowly but surely, his dream of expanding Partha Dental grew into reality, and he started establishing branches at multiple locations. Presently, Partha Dental has a strong presence in three states namely, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka, with 125 branches.
Dr. Parthasarathi follows a unique method of practise he passionately propagates, which is a blend of modern technology, presence of specialist doctors and affordability to clients. He has that uncanny ability to visualize the need to bring Modern Dentistry to the common man, an effort which has brought in results for everyone to see.
“Partha Dental” has now come to be a household name for Dental Services and has been awarded several times, the latest, being mentioned as the 2nd most popular Dental Chain in India as per the Times of India survey of 2020-21.
For the last many years he has dedicated himself to the betterment of the poor and downtrodden in his State of Andhra Pradesh, by actively joining Public Life and more so at present, as the National Secretary for the Bharatiya Janata Party OBC Morcha.
Social and Charitable Work[edit]
As a visionary, Dr. Parthasarathi has understood the needs of the common public who sadly are suffering due to the lack of affordable dentistry. The Tech Savvy Dentist has designed and implemented a Model which has ensured that his Clinics have treatment facilities which are comparable to any developed Country, but remain within reach of the common man.
Similarly, in Public life, Dr. Parthasarathi has been implementing his firm belief in working at the grass root level for the betterment of backward classes, minorities and exploited people.
He founded the “Partha Charitable Society”, which is intensively involved in various social and preventive health activities, with particular focus on the population below the poverty line at various districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Apart from this he is also actively involved in all party activities in the State, organizing functions to celebrate the occasion of “Valmiki Jayanthi” at various locations, and holding panel discussions on the teachings of Sri Valmiki Guruji.
He offers Liberal Donations in cash and kind to Goshalas in the region and visits them often to personally monitor the upkeep and standards that are maintained.
Dental Surgeon turned Politician[edit]
After observing the suffering of the people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, first hand, while visiting remote locations for setting up free dental check camps, Dr. Parthasarthi realised that he will need to move out of the safe confines of his Clinic to the outside world, if he were to really help the downtrodden and needy.
He was already doing a lot of charity work and free service as a Doctor but he made a conscious move by joining the Bharatiya Janata Party and actively working for the betterment of the backward classes in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
He understood that the scope and ability to help others increases by joining active governance and this has always been his guiding principle - Service to others before self !
Dr. Parthasarathi is married to Dr. M.V.N Kalpana and has two sons Harthik , aged 22 and Kushal Simha, aged 18. Both children are studying at Hyderabad.
