Padam Mishra is an Indian Casting Director, Acting Workshop Director and Filmmaker who works in Hindi cinema films. He started his career as a child actor with (National School of Drama), acting workshop director and actor who has cast several actors for movies including director Ajay Bahl's B.A. Pass, Vishal Bhardwaj's Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola, Nila Madhab Panda's Kaun Kitne Paani Mein, Binod Pradhan's Wedding Pullav, and Pradeep Singrole's Robinhood Ke Pote.
Padam Mishra is doing graduation from Delhi University third year B. Com, graduation and perusing Master's degree from IGNOU with an acting certificate from the National School of Drama. He completed an eight-year acting and teaching stint with the ‘Theatre in Education’ Company (TIE) affiliated with the National School of Drama (NSD).[1]
Mishra moved to Mumbai in 2012 and worked as an Associate Casting Director with Mukesh Chhabra, Atul Mongia and Honey Trehan. His first film as independent casting director was the film B.A. Pass and Pairon Talle. He conducted independent acting workshops. He is also a Member of Indian People’s Theatre Association (IPTA JNU) 2005.[2]
