Pagan Wanderer Lu is a one-man indie/electronica or 'Indietronica' band originally formed in Aberystwyth but now based in Cardiff. The act consists of Andy Regan (born in Bolton). In 2012 he announced that future records would be released under his real name Andrew Paul Regan.[1]

Regan's albums have received positive reviews from a number of publications including a 9/10 from Drowned in Sound,[2] 4/5 from Artrocker, and 4/5 from MusicOMH.
