Pages From a Cold Island is a 1975 novel by Frederick Exley. Published seven years after his highly influential *A Fan's Notes*, the novel deals with his life on Singer Island, his mourning of the literary critic Edmund Wilson, and the semester he spent at the University of Iowa Writer's Workshop as a guest lecturer.
