Pailwaan (English: Wrestler) is a Kannada movie starring Kichcha Sudeep directed by S. Krishna.[1]. After the grand success of Hebbuli, the director-actor duo have come together again for this movie. [2][3]
The film would be produced by Mrs Swapna Krishna under the banner RRR Motion Pictures. She is known for her serial productions and direction like Gruhalakshmi, Gangaa and Subbalakshmi Samsaara airing in Zee Kannada under the banner RRR Creations.[4]
The title launch and the poster release was done on Aug 31st, 2017 on account of Sudeep's birthday. The film has finished its pre-production and is set to go on floor in April, 2018. [5]
The movie's muhurtha was done on March 18th, 2018 on the auspicious occassion of Ugadi in Ramanjaneya Temple in Hanumanthnagar.[6]
Kichcha Sudeep has been undergoing a rigorous training in Thailand for the movie and this has naturally raised the expectations amongst his fans. [7][8]
