Panarama was a German studio project by Hermann Weindorf and Ian Bairnson in the 1980s.
History
In German-speaking Europe, Panarama became known through the cinema release of the German TV crime show "Kielwasser" (a "Tatort" [crime scene] episode) on December 30, 1983, for which Hermann Weindorf composed and sang the title song "In this World".[1]
In 1982, Panarama released a first album entitled Can This Be Paradise. Two tracks are exclusively by Ian Bairnson, "I Don't Know" and "Run Away", on which he also sang himself, which is a rarity since he usually only appeared as a guitarist.
