Pankaj Garg was born on 17 January 1983 in Uttar Pradesh, India. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCS University), Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. He subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Global University, Nagaland.

Pankaj Garg began his professional journey in the real estate sector, gaining experience across sales and operations. He worked with several property development groups including Ekdant, MSA, Sikka, and Sethi Group. During this period, he served as an Accountant at Nimbus Group, developing experience in the financial aspects of real estate. He later advanced to the role of CRM Head at Nimbus Group, where he led customer relationship management operations. This early experience across finance, client management, and sales preceded his entrepreneurial ventures.

Tanishq Realtech Pvt Ltd

Pankaj Garg is the founder and Director of Tanishq Realtech Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered under the Registrar of Companies, Delhi[2], incorporated in 2010.[3] The company operates in the residential and commercial real estate segment in India.[4][5] Nisha Garg serves as a Director of the company.[6]
